This station was designed for Battery 205 at [[Fort Foster]]. Battery 103/Seamen at Fort Dearborn and Battery 204 also at [[Fort Dearborn]]. Constructed in 1943 and disguised as a cottage, this FCS was designated Location 139 and located on a .35-acre tract of land owned by the government. In 1967 the original 1943 house was modified with a wooden tower and a large window was cut through the top two observation levels. In 2007 the new property owners demolished the house and station. Nothing remains today.
