Juniper Point MR

In 1943 to 1945 the 37mm mobile section (AMTB 334) of AMTB 934 at Butlers Point MR was located near the water at Juniper Point in Woods Hole. The two guns were placed on wooden platforms and a wooden BC station was built behind the guns which were dismantled when the guns were removed, thus leaving no visible remains of any military activity on the site. The site location designation was Loc. 58B.
